I have taken the decision to open a blog to enhance the passage of communication within the country. With such a large geographical area and the relatively small number of opportunities to get everyone together it is important that we all maintain a focus on the Main Effort (ME), initiatives which affect us all and also to have the resources to be able to answer questions which inevitably get raised.
The target audience for this blog are the nearly 200 Cadet Force Adult Volunteers, without whose selfless commitment and overwhlming generosity of time this county would not have the superb organisation it has to support our cadets.
